Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Whisk soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.

  2. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

  3. Grill on medium heat 6–7 minutes per side until internal temp is 165°F.

  4. Brush with leftover marinade during grilling for extra flavor.
