Ingredients:

3–4 lbs pork shoulder

2 cups BBQ sauce (plus extra for topping)

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Place pork shoulder and onion in a slow cooker.

Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour BBQ sauce over pork and cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4–5).

Shred pork with two forks, mix with sauce, and serve on slider buns.
