Ingredients:

  • 3–4 lbs pork shoulder

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 cups BBQ sauce (plus extra for topping)

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Slider buns

  • Coleslaw (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Place pork shoulder and onion in a slow cooker.

  2. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour BBQ sauce over pork and cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4–5).

  4. Shred pork with two forks, mix with sauce, and serve on slider buns.

  5. Top with coleslaw for crunch and extra flavor.
